Here’s the third installment in the Liquor Plus Cocktail Series presented by Brian Chapman of My Teacher Drinks fame!
As an Island owned and operated business, Liquor Plus takes pride in showcasing our local Island producers.
For the Jillion Dollar Cocktail you’ll need:
- 45 ml/ 1.5 ounces Devine Genever
- 15 ml/ 0.5 ounce Okanagan Cherry Liqueur
- 60 ml/ 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (no ice), then wet shake (with ice), double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with palm frond and a Luxardo cherry.

“In partnership with Liquor Plus, I’ve created an all British Columbia version of the Million Dollar Cocktail that I’m calling the Jillion Dollar Cocktail (adjusted due to inflation). I chose Devine Genever and Winery’s Genever, a dutch style gin and Okanagan Spirits Cherry Liqueur. Combined with pineapple juice and an egg white this fun fruity and refreshing cocktail is as easy to make as it is delicious.
